Canada Ranked as #2 Best Country in the World
We’re #2! We’re #2! In a new ranking released last week, it was revealed that Canada was ranked No. 2 in the U.S. News “Overall Best Countries Ranking” list. Canada was narrowly beaten by Germany but remains higher than the United Kingdom, the United States, and Sweden.
The rankings were based on a variety of categories including: Adventure, Citizenship, Heritage, Power, and Entrepreneurship. Notably, Canada ranked #1 under Quality of Life, due to a good job market, safety, and a well-developed public education system.

Whether you agree with the rankings or not, you can’t deny the fact that Canada is one of the best places in the world. Especially on those sunny days in Vancouver! We’ve also had our fair share of high rankings this past year, including: being the 3rd most livable city in the world and having one of the best airports in the world.
Sadly, Canada only got a score of 0.2 in the “sexy” ranking. But, we did get a 9.2 rating under the “friendly” ranking, so hopefully you can still love us for our personality.
