Running since 1998, the Vancouver International Mountain Film Festival (VIMFF) showcases outdoor films from around the world each February. They also offer a Fall Series each November to highlight a curated selection of the best mountain films.

This year's VIMFF Fall Series runs from November 12 to 20 and features over 40 films at venues in Vancouver, North Vancouver, and Squamish. The festival also includes guest speakers and filmmaker Q&A sessions. The films are grouped into 11 themed shows, each of which includes several films. If you want to watch at home, you can purchase a streaming pass to watch between November 12 and December 8.

Tickets and Passes

The VIMFF Fall Series includes 11 in-person shows and online streaming options. Tickets for each of the evening in-person shows are $28 and matinee tickets are $18. If you buy tickets to more than one show, you get 10% off.

Tip: Buy your tickets in advance since many shows sell out.

You can also buy tickets to stream one of five online shows for $18. Or purchase an online streaming pass to get access to 35 films for $65.
