Their signature breakfast buffet will be available May 8 from 7am to 1pm, which will have all your beloved breakfast items, such as eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit, granola, charcuterie, and much more. From 11am onwards, they’ll be serving a la carte brunch specials, such as grilled spicy chorizo with poached eggs, tomato basil ragout, bocconcini, arugula, and grilled artisan bread; waffle bennies; and buttermilk pancakes with strawberry syrup, whipped cream, and double smoked bacon. End the meal with the Mother’s Day Sweet Tooth, which consists of house macarons, cheesecake, white chocolate truffles, and chocolate dipped strawberries. There will also be celebratory drinks, like a mimosa flight and a refreshing spring meadow cocktail with Empress 1908 gin, honey lavender syrup, and house-made lemonade.
