Joe Fortes Seafood & Chop House
Named for Vancouver’s first official lifeguard, Joe Fortes Seafood & Chop House is a comfortable, welcoming spot in the heart of downtown Vancouver serving more than 50 kinds of fresh fish. Celebrate with oysters and wine by the fire in the rooftop garden or take your time over a business lunch in the mahogany-walled wine room.

UCHU Cevicheria & Raw Bar

Founded by Chef Ricardo Valverde of the acclaimed SUYO, UCHU Cevicheria & Raw Bar shares seafood with Peruvian flair in the heart of Vancouver’s Chinatown. Celebrating coastal cevicheria culture with Japanese and Chinese influences, the menu features ceviche and tiraditos (similar to sashimi) alongside plenty of creative snacks and mains.

Named for the Greek goddess of the moon, Selene Aegean Bistro feels like a Mediterranean enclave in Hastings Sunrise, with whitewashed walls, artistically plated dishes and an olive tree growing up through the room. It’s not a seafood restaurant exclusively, but seafood forward, with a menu featuring fish, prawns, mussels, octopus, and more.

The Vancouver Fish Company
