Is that your stomach rumbling, or mine? Foodies and food truck lovers, get your appetites ready. Street Food City, the popular winter food truck festival, is returning to downtown Vancouver.

For theeighth year in a row, Street Food City will offer you the opportunity to samplefrom a fantastic collection of Vancouver’s best street food cards – all in oneconvenient location!

As part of Vancouver’s Dine out Festival, Street Food City will be taking over the Vancouver Art Gallery’s šxʷƛ̓ənəq Xwtl’e7énk Square from January 21 – 27, 2019.

Since 2011,Vancouver’s street food scene has gone through an amazing transformation. Whatstarted as a simple foray into the mobile restaurant world has exploded into amultitude of delicious cultural options from Indian to Mexican, and from pizzato grilled cheese.

Last yearover 20,000 people feasted on the delicious treats from over 20 of Vancouver’sbest street food vendors. This year it’s going to be even better!

Street FoodCity will give you a one-of-a-kind, mid-winter outdoor picnic! Entry to thefestival is free, but the cost of food will vary per vendor.

As in past, tents and tableswill be set up and live music should make for a festive atmosphere. Perfect forall ages, this event is one that you (and your stomach) are not going to wantto miss.

On top of all the excitement, because it is part of the Dine Out Vancouver festival, there will also be special creations made just for the event and discount pricing available. You’ll have to check out the event to see what they’ve got prepared for you!
