¿CóMO? Taperia Named One of Canada’s Best New Restaurants and Other Exciting Vancouver Openings

Credit: ¿CóMO? Taperia
Air Canada’s enRoute Magazine releases a Top Ten list of Canada’s Best New Restaurants each year, and this year Vancouver’s very own ¿CóMO? Taperia placed second.
The authentic Spanish eatery first opened its doors in December of 2018 in Vancouver’s hip neighborhood of Mount Pleasant. The restaurant has swiftly gained popularity, quickly becoming a Vancouver favorite for locals and visitors alike. ¿CóMO?’s classically Spanish menu includes items like Goats Cheese Stuffed Peppers, Torreznos, Patatas Bravas, Garlic Shrimp, and of course, homemade Tortilla.
Alongside ¿CóMO? Taperia’s hot new opening and national recognition, Vancouver has had an abundance of noteworthy restaurant and café introductions in 2019 with more anticipated to open before the new year.
