A Blue Moon Royale. Order this cocktail at Reflections: The Garden Terrace, new winter pop-up lounge. This outdoor (but heated) space at the Rosewood Hotel Georgia is beautifully decked out in wintery-cozy holiday décor and offers a special holiday food and drink menu. The Blue Moon is a blend of Star of Bombay gin, Giffard violette, and lemon topped with Blue Mountain Brut.

Evolve Pink Effervescence. Takes the win for prettiest packaging, but this Okanagan Valley blend of 97% Pinot Blanc and 3% Merlot tastes just as lovely as it looks. Hints of peach and berry, and available at Steamworks in Gastown.

Blue Mountain Gold Label Brut. A delicate mousse, a bit of lemon and toastiness on the nose and palette, plus made in the Methode Traditionnelle style. Always a winner, and served at Provence Marinaside.
