Westin Bayshore Vancouver’s Long Table Dinner Series
Located adjacent to Vancouver’s Stanley Park along picturesque Coal Harbour, The Westin Bayshore has two more Long Table Dinners in the series, so grab your tickets fast to get in on the last of the summer bounty – and the pleasure of dining outdoors.
The hotel has partnered with some of BC’s best wineries to create dining events set in their gorgeous new courtyard patio. Think al fresco dinners for thirty guests with Vancouver’s scenic seawall as the backdrop.
Five-course menus show off Executive Chef Joe Campo’s culinary skills featuring fresh, locally sourced and sustainably grown ingredients.

August 25 – with Mission Hill Family Estate Winery
A five-course Winemaker’s Long Table Dinner paired with Mission Hill Family Estate Winery’s extremely limited Terroir Collection Wines. Host for the evening, the winery’s winemaker, Darryl Brooker will present each wine pairing. Dinner begins at 6:30PM.
September 29 – with Averill Creek Winery
Partnering with wines from Cowichan Valley’s Averill Creek Winery. Chef Joe Campo has designed a five-course meal that pairs exquisite culinary samplings with beautiful wines that truly highlight the terroir of the Vancouver Island Appellation. Dinner begins at 6:30PM.
