With the 2016 BC Lions season underway, BC Place stadium is bringing their A-game in a big way.

Launching a ramped up new food and beverage program for hungry fans means saying goodbye to snooze-inspiring, typical stadium fare. Limp, rubber hot dogs and nachos with plastic cheese? No longer cutting it.

The culinary team at BC Place has been working hard in the off-season to create a new menu, better beverages, and special deals offered at every BC Lions home game. Most impressive is the all-new “Beast of Fire” kitchen featuring a rotating selection of butchery-style roasts that are carved-to-order and prepared on the spot.

Other highlights include the “Big Event” Triple-Patty Burger with 6 strips of Applewood-smoked bacon, Fish Tacos, Foot Long sausage with house made chili, Pulled Pork Pizza, and Sriracha Chicken Poutine. Vegetarian options are also available, which in Vancouver is important, with its strong population of non-meat eaters.

Thirsty Pigeon premium beer stands will now feature an even wider range of beers including more than 30 beers and ciders from British Columbia and around the globe.

We love a sweet deal, especially the “Warm Up Specials”, that allow fans to enjoy discount prices on snacks and drinks up to 30 minutes prior to kick-off. Fans who arrive early can score on rotating specials like 2-for-1 hot dogs, 50% off select Beast on Fire snacks and $6 select beers.

Score? You better believe it.
