Reservations are now open! The Dine Out Vancouver™ 2026 full restaurant reveal is officially here. From January 21 to February 8, hundreds of the region’s top restaurants will open their doors for the 24th year of this iconic food and drink festival.

Kitchens across Vancouver and throughout the Lower Mainland will serve up multi-course menus showcasing their best bites and beverages for under $70 per person. This year’s festival is breaking records, with over 450 participating restaurants, including over 100 first-timers. Whether you’re looking for a fine dining Vancouver date night or a low-key night out at a brewery, there are options for every palate at multiple price points.

Ophelia

The World Chef Exchange™ returns in 2026 for its 10th anniversary, pairing Vancouver’s top chefs with acclaimed international chefs from cities including London, Bangkok, and Chicago.
