Where to Celebrate Vancouver Pride Week This Summer

Now that we're fully into summertime in Vancouver, it’s the perfect time to get ready for all the Vancouver Pride celebrations, festivities, and parties that are coming during the midway point of summer in the city!
While everyone might be familiar with the official Pride events, including the week-long Pride Festival leading up to the 47th annual Pride Parade, there are tons of other LGBTQIA2+ events during Pride Week happening all over Vancouver for everyone to enjoy!
From drag brunches to club nights, dance parties, street festivals, block parties, and much more, pick your preferred way to celebrate Pride in your communities.

Vancouver Pride Festival @ Sunset Beach – July 26–Aug. 3

Davie Village
Immediately following the Pride Parade on Aug. 3 from 2-10pm, join the Davie Village Pride Festival as Davie Street (Burrard to Jervis), Nelson Park and Comox Street are transformed into a vibrant celebration of queer joy, culture, and community in the West End.
Back for the first time since the pandemic, find great live music, drag, DJs, roaming performers, all-ages fun in Nelson Park, patios, lounges, and community pop-ups. Expect peak local vibes during Pride Sunday at Vancouver's designated queer neighbourhood.
Queer Film
Looking ahead to late summer, celebrate LGBTQIA2+ representation in cinema at the 37th annual Vancouver Queer Film Festival in theatres from Sept. 11-21 (and online from Sept. 22-28). Stay tuned for their full programming announcement of queer films, showtimes, venues, and opening/closing parties right before Pride weekend kickoff.
