LocoMotoArt presents S.P.A.C.E = Spirits, People, Animals, Creatures and Echoes

LocoMotoArt will present their inaugural summer themed Artists in Community event at McBride Park Fieldhouse and park area August 16, 2019, blending visuals and sound works under the theme of S.P.A.C.E: Spirits, People, Animals, Creatures and Echoes.

Sponsored by Vancouver Park Board Arts Culture and Engagement and hosted by Village Vancouver, participants will enjoy digital installations, 3-D sculpture, drawings, and soundscapes. The event is FREE and open to all ages.

The event is designed to capture the sense of make-believe and imaginary combined with the real and the everyday. Laura Lee Coles, founder of LocoMotoArt has curated art installations from its members who will project visuals in situ, alongside guest artist Susi Milne, who will present various whimsical creatures such as Charlise Griffin- Pickle and Gordenia J. Sasslemon.
