The Hastings North Business Improvement Association promotes a retail and commercial neighbourhood within the City of Vancouver along East Hastings Street. It is located near Hastings Park (home to the Pacific National Exhibition, the Coliseum and Hastings Race Course) between Renfrew Street and Commercial Drive and north to Powell Street. It is a family oriented, unique neighbourhood that is pedestrian friendly, affordable, warm, welcoming, and culturally diverse. It has an excellent variety of multiethnic specialty stores, delicious dining, access to major financial institutions and lots of free parking. It is a great place to work, shop, live and have fun.
