Back on the Big Screen: Just Eat It, A Food Waste Story

A gloved hand holding a tray of food including bananas, carrots, broccoli, and a fish tail over a metal trash can against a yellow background.

Overview

In Canada, about 47% of our food is wasted. Want to do something about it?

Join Food Stash Foundation for its 10 Year Anniversary Celebration screening of JUST EAT IT: A FOOD WASTE STORY. Plus, we'll have a raffle, prizes and a chance to get involved in the fight against food waste. It's an evening you won't want to miss!

After catching a glimpse of the billions of dollars of good food that is tossed each year in North America, filmmakers and food lovers Jen and Grant pledge to quit grocery shopping cold turkey and survive only on foods that would otherwise be thrown away.

Come early to meet the Food Stash team and learn about our work, get your raffle tickets, and enjoy our pre-show programming.

Plus, eligible donations made with a ticket purchase will be matched to help rescue twice as much good food, and provide twice as many meals to the community.
