Victory Square

Overview
Victory Square Park is a public urban open space located in the Hastings Street area of Vancouver. Victory Square was previously the location of the city's provincial courthouse, which was demolished in 1911–13 to make way for the new Francis Rattenbury-designed courthouse on Georgia Street, which is now the Vancouver Art Gallery. The chosen location holds significance as it is situated at the intersection of the old Granville townsite.
