The Great Outdoors Comedy Festival Returns to Vancouver’s Stanley Park!

You love to laugh. We love to laugh. And there’s no better place to laugh ‘til you cry than an open-air comedy festival in one of the most beautiful places on earth. For its fifth year, the Great Outdoors Comedy Festival is returning to Stanley Park!
This festival brings the laughs, the views, and the lineups that keep us coming back. Lucky for us, the streak continues. The latest lineup additions have us buzzing with excitement. So if you haven’t bought tickets yet, grab your credit card.
Day one is bringing the heat with shirtless superstar Bert Kreischer, the outrageously funny Whitney Cummings, and comedy legend Derrick Stroup taking the stage. Saturday’s headliners include stand-up icons John Mulaney, Mike Birbiglia, Nick Kroll, and Fred Armisen.
On the last day, Canadian cult classics, the Trailer Park Boys, will join in the madness, and they won’t be alone. Bubbles & the Shitrockers will be rocking out live, with special guest Jeremy Piven delivering a stand-up set.
To cap off the weekend, Tony Hinchcliffe and the infamous Killers of Kill Tony will deliver an off-the-rails finale, capturing the energy of the legendary Kill Tony podcast.
The festival is a three-day event, with additional ticket options for one-day passes or single shows. If you’re feelin’ fancy, treat yourself to one of the new VIP experiences. Enjoy VIP Table service, lounge in the exclusive VIP Club, and upgrade to Skip+ for early entry to the festival and FastPass bar service.
Visiting from out of town? You’re in luck. Some of the city’s best hotels are just a stone’s throw away from Stanley Park. For luxe vibes and postcard-worthy views, check in at The Westin Bayshore. Spend your mornings walking the seawall with a croissant in hand from Caviar Bistro.
A few blocks down, opposite English Bay, is the iconic Sylvia Hotel. A true historical gem, the Sylvia is a boutique hotel destination delivering on location, charm, and character. Fuel up for the day with a Delany’s Coffee House breakfast wrap or one of their delicious pastries.
Mark your calendars. Stunning scenery, Stanley Park, and (cross our fingers) sunshine are coming together for another unforgettable summer weekend!
