The Bad Academy Lunar New Year Series: Dumps 101

Learn from the local legends Dicky’s Dumps as we wrap battle some delicious dumplings alongside delicious drinks by FUNK right in the heart of downtown Vancouver! Pearl Lam and Dickson Li founded Dicky’s Dumps in 2018 out of a desire to create meaningful work that combines a love of community, culture, food, and fun. In this workshop, we’ll learn all about this classic Chinese dish, several different wrapping techniques, and of course, eat dumplings.

Included:
Approximately 2 hours of dumpling-making lesson
You’ll make about 2 dozen dumplings, some you’ll eat, some we’ll freeze for you to take home
A cocktail/mocktail specially crafted by FUNK for this class
