Blossom Block Party

Vancouver Cherry Blossom Festival and Public Disco return with a one-day block party in the heart of Downtown.

This year, the celebration returns to the Dunsmuir Patio at Bentall Centre and expands with a full street closure, doubling the site capacity and creating more room to gather, move, and welcome spring together, just steps from the blossoms outside Burrard SkyTrain Station.

From the curator, Kozue: WAX & FLOWER is a vinyl only, all-femme lineup exploring groove through the art of records. Inspired by spring’s impermanence, the music unfolds naturally - like petals opening on the dance floor. Deep, eclectic selections flow across house, deep house, disco, soul, boogie, slow jams, and beyond, all in full bloom, guided by hands on wax.
