Mount Pleasant is our home. We know the brewers, the chefs, the stories behind the murals, and the spots most visitors walk right past. Vancouver Local Adventures runs small-group walking tours through the heart of Vancouver's craft beer and food scene, and we can't wait to show you the best of it.
Our Vancouver Craft Beer Tasting Experience takes you inside 2 to 3 Mount Pleasant breweries over 3 hours. Every tour is led by a Cicerone Certified Beer Server, so you're not just tasting great beer, you're learning what makes it great. This isn't a scripted bus tour with 30 strangers. It's a real walk through a our beloved neighbourhood with someone who can tell you the difference between a West Coast IPA and a Hazy, and why the brewer down the street chose one over the other.
We also run a Mount Pleasant Food Tour for guests who want to explore the neighbourhood's best locally owned restaurants, bakeries, and food makers.
Small groups. On foot. Personal, flexible, and built around conversation. The kind of experience where your guide knows the bartenders by name and the brewers pull up a chair to say hi.
