Our story begins in 1999, in the sleepless city of Beirut, where its culture fed our spirit of resilience. Our ethos centers on unifying people through the sharing of Lebanese cuisine, stamped with love, while bringing out the very essence of our culture through simplicity, inspiration and positivity. Over the past 21 years, our passion for Mediterranean cuisine has only grown, encouraging modern Lebanese fare on the international map, while remaining true to our values. Operating from Lebanon, we also deliver our variety of nutritious foods across multiple locations in the Middle East. Our launch in Canada marks location 81st, and our first North American outpost. Opening our doors to provide food items that cater to an array of dietary preferences; from keto and vegetarian, to paleo and vegan, all within a modern Lebanese urban eatery infused with its famous Mediterranean wraps, flatbreads and salads.
