The Chewies Crew (or Krewe de Chew as we like to say) is a loud, fun group of highly skilled shuckers and chefs proudly known as Vancouver’s experts on quality oysters, seafood and New Orleans inspired soul food. Our menus at both locations, Chewies Kitsilano & Chewies Coal Harbour, boast a variety of seafood and traditional dishes like classic gumbo, jambalaya, southern fried chicken and local Salt Spring Island mussels cooked to order in our unique steam bars. We pour a wide selection of award winning, locally brewed craft beers, delicious hand crafted French Quarter cocktails and wines from around the world, with special attention to BC wine makers. The buzz and energy that fills our restaurants will leave you feeling 'Super, Wicked, Awesome' our three favourite words, other than 'Steamed, Stewed or Nude' of course.
