Yaletown

Malone's Taphouse

Malone's is a Yaletown staple, with exposed brick and warm leather seats. Chances are you’re gonna wanna stay past gametime. The menu covers all the bases, from pub classics like burgers and fries to more artisanal options like their noodle duck salad. There’s always something going on, whether it’s more sports on screen or a fun karaoke night to keep the energy going.

The Ballyhoo

For those looking to split fries and a martini while watching the World Cup, The Ballyhoo is the perfect spot for your happy hour cravings. The space feels more upscale, while still maintaining a classic sports pub Vancouver feel, with TVs around the bar showing every match and a pool table to keep things lively. Mount Pleasant

Heroes Welcome

Heroes Welcome in Mount Pleasant has that local hangout feel. They’ll have the match playing on a projector, and as the night goes on, the space shifts into a more social vibe with people chatting, grabbing drinks, and sharing pizza. There's a game room in the back, complete with arcade games and a pool table that adds to the fun.

Get in on their weekly deals, like a pint and a pizza for $20, and enjoy their street patio for an easy spot to soak up the sunshine and people-watch post-match.

Commercial Drive

The Charlatan

The Charlatan on Commercial Drive is your friendly neighbourhood gastropub. With nachos galore, elevated pub fare, and a street patio that keeps the energy going late, it's one of the best bars in Vancouver for catching the World Cup. Head to the upper bar and order to watch the game, then take advantage of happy hour from 3–6 PM, where you can sip your way through over 20 beers on tap.
