Sips of the East

Botanist Bar in Fairmont Pacific Rim is excited to announce the first edition of Sips of the East, taking place for one-day-only, on Sunday, October 5, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. This East Coast edition follows the recent success of Botanist Bar’s Sips of the West collaboration.

This special evening brings together Grant Sceney of Botanist Bar, Ana Wolkowski of Toronto’s Hoof Cocktail Bar, and Andrew Whibley of Montreal’s Cloakroom Bar as they each create two original cocktails, featuring Pernod Ricard's Lot No. 40 and J.P. Wiser's 10 Year Old Canadian Whisky. Guests can sip their way through the featured cocktails, order dishes from Botanist’s late-night menu, and meet the bartenders as they collaborate behind the bar.
