Family Day Weekend: Be Our Funny Valentine!

Do you love to laugh? Come be our funny Valentine in the lobbies of the Queen Elizabeth Theatre on Saturday, Feb 14! Join Vancouver Civic Theatres from 9am-12pm for a morning of family-friendly laughs at this FREE event during Family Day weekend. We're celebrating the joy of laughter with activities for comedy fans of all ages.

EVENT HIGHLIGHTS

• Enjoy our Family Comedy Stage for future comedians and joke-lovers of any age, hosted by local comedy star Myles Anderson, and proudly supported by Just for Laughs VANCOUVER & CreativeBC.

• Did you know Vancouver Public Library is full of things to make you chuckle, giggle, guffaw, cackle and chortle? Join us for a Story Program with fun games and maybe even a joke or two.

• At the Writers' Exchange creation station, write a joke, read a joke, or draw something funny and add it to their giant stage poster. Bonus points if you make a Writers’ Exchange volunteer laugh out loud!

• Get hands-on at The Joke Factory creation station to make your own comic strips, joke books, and buttons.
