‘Bold Flavours: A Radicchio Pop-up Event’ is an exclusive radicchio-tasting experience designed to celebrate this powerhouse vegetable that thrives in our cool fall temperatures.

Hosted by Chef Andrea Carlson of the Michelin-starred Burdock & Co., this 90-minute pop-up brings the spirit of Feast of Fields to the restaurant. Andrea and an exceptional lineup of guest chefs will craft a series of refined bites that highlight the depth and versatility of radicchio, while connecting diners directly with the local farmers who grow it.

Choose from 1 of 3 tasting time slots:

  • Dusk Tasting (5:00 – 6:30 pm)
  • Evening Tasting (6:30 – 8:00 pm)
  • Late Night Tasting (8:00 – 9:30 pm)

Your ticket includes a souvenir Feast of Fields cedar tasting plank, and cider from Sea Cider Farm & Cider House (non-alcoholic option also available).
