Italian-trained Chef Lucais Syme uses a 36-hour fermented sourdough along with ingredients that play with one foot in tradition and the other in modernity. The warm and stylish room buzzes throughout the day and night with hospitality and wine direction of restaurateur Dustin Dockendorf.The Spritz is a 22 seat Cocktail Bar that offers warm hospitality with Italian inspired libations. Located inside OPUS boutique hotel in the heart of Yaletown and designed by renowned Craig Stanghetta of Ste. Marie Art + Design, Capo & The Spritz is open 7 days a week for lunch, dinner and features a weekend brunch service.
