Founded in 2016, A Bite of Shunde (顺峰顺水）is an established culinary brand with four locations in China, known for its dedication to ingredient quality, time-honoured craftsmanship, and the authentic taste of Shunde cuisine. From the beginning, the brand has remained true to its philosophy: “sourcing ingredients from the mountains and waters of Shunde, and talent from the masters of its kitchens.” Its mission continues to focus on preserving and modernizing the rich traditions of Shunde cooking. In 2023, A Bite of Shunde took its first steps overseas, launching its first international location in Richmond, Canada—a fitting choice, given Vancouver’s deep-rooted appreciation for Cantonese cuisine.
