Whether you need a corporate meeting space with a wow-factor, a unique film or photo shoot location, or are looking for the perfect space for to say “I-Do”, the Wallace’s industrial open concept design and stunning terrace lends itself perfectly to suit your event’s needsThe space is a blank canvas, which allows for each event to be 100% personalized. All decor, catering, etc. will need to be brought in using outside providers. We require that professional, experienced wedding, event planners or Day of Coordinators be used at each event.Access to the Wallace begins at 9:00 am on the event date. As the Wallace is located in a residential area, all events must end at 12:00 am, with guests completely out of the space by 12:30 am. The venue must be completely empty, in the same condition it was received by 2:00 am at the latest. Additional set-up and strike days can be negotiated on a case by case basis, dependent on event bookings.
