Chelsea Room - The Chelsea room measures 360 square feet and is located on the second floor of the Wedgewood Hotel. This event room has floor to ceiling windows, allowing for an abundance of natural light, and a private entrance to the hotel’s large garden terrace. Overlooking Vancouver’s Robson Square, the Chelsea Room is the perfect all day meeting room. Boardroom: 20 people. Classroom: 16 people. Theatre: 30 people. Liasons Room - The elegant Liaisons Room measures 1029 square feet and can accommodate a maximum of 55 people for a seated meal function, or 85 people for a stand-up reception. It features two back-lit windows with brocade draperies, and an original 16th century fireplace. Beautiful antique wall sconces and French tapestries adorn the walls. You can choose from the following layouts: Banquet: 55 people in 5 rounds of 11 or 40 people in 5 half-rounds of 8 people. Boardroom: 32 people. Classroom: 20 people. Theatre: 65 people. U-shape: 24 people. Library Room - A hidden gem, located at the heart of the award winning Bacchus Restaurant, the Library Room offers one of the city’s most historic and exceptional private dining experiences. The Library room is a beautiful yet intimate place, perfect for a range of private events. With intuitive and professional service, we can host groups of up to 18 guests seated comfortably. Choose from a wide selection of champagnes, fine wines and rare spirits, exclusive to the Wedgewood Hotel & Spa.
