The Rocky Mountaineer Vancouver Station is proud to celebrate over 20 years of providing event services at this historical venue. Daylight beams through the full-length glass walls, flooding the exposed timber and brick interior with airy warmth as guests marvel at the 34-foot-high vaulted ceilings in this classic building that was remodeled for use as the Rocky Mountaineer train station. It is where turn-of-the-century charm meets contemporary design and is now a versatile private event venue boasting over 12,000 square feet and provides unparalleled flexibility. The South Hall has 24’ high ceilings and includes access to the kitchen gally for quick and efficient catering service. The North Hall with its 34’ high ceilings, pristine concrete floors and infinite rigging capabilities provides a blank canvas where you can bring your designs and visions to life, it’s a planner’s dream space. BC Event Management is the preferred Venue Manager for Rocky Mountaineer Vancouver Station, having successfully managed over 100 events at this breathtaking location over the past four years. Our venue team specializes in designing custom floor plans, scheduling the venue partners, and overseeing all event staffing needs, including audio-visual, lighting, power, security, and washroom attendants. BC Event Management (BCEM) offers turnkey event packages that cover every detail including food and beverage, tables, chairs, décor, entertainment, logistics, and production. From site inspections to post-event debriefs, our team ensures seamless venue management. This includes coordinating with train operations, handling in-house furniture removal, managing Wi-Fi and power needs, and overseeing all site management services. BCEM also works closely with your suppliers and vendors to guarantee a flawless event.
