With a touch of ginger to help with nausea and digestion, you have a cold-busting cocktail that’ll make you feel good from the inside out.

Intensely refreshing and full of citrus antioxidants is the Gold Rush. This shaken citrus cocktail is full of vitamin C with the orange-flavoured liqueur, Triple Sec, lemon juice and grapefruit syrup to help soothe sore throats and combat colds. To give you an extra hit of vitamins, while calming your stomach, the grapefruit and mint garnishes are edible.
