Lights with heights! To celebrate the season, Capilano Suspension Bridge Park is lit end-to-end and transformed into a glowing magical world of festive splendour. Enjoy festive tunes, take part in the Snowy Owl Prowl scavenger hunt and wander through the “Arc de Lumina” light tunnel. November 19, 2022 – January 22, 2023

Peak of Christmas at Grouse Mountain

The magic of Christmas on the mountain. Twinkling lights highlight the beauty of the snow-covered trees for Grouse Mountain’s annual Peak of Christmas. Visitors can also glide across the 8,000 square foot mountaintop Ice Skating Pond and meet reindeer. An enchanting experience for the whole family. Open November 26, 2022 – January 3, 2023

One million lights decorate 15 acres of VanDusen Botanical Garden in a magical display of holiday festivity. Wandering through the glittering garden is considered one of the annual high “lights” of the season in the city. The Festival Lights runs from November 25, 2022- January 2nd, 2023

Fairmont Festival of Trees

Decorating the tree is an annual holiday tradition for many, and the Festival of Trees is the ultimate three decoration exhibition in Downtown Vancouver. For 30 years, the halls of the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver have been made into a lush forest of beautifully decorated trees. Free and family-friendly, the trees are on display November 23, 2022-January 1, 2023.

Holiday Splash at the Aquarium

Season's greetings from under the sea! Get out of the sleigh and under the waves at the Holiday Splash at Vancouver Aquarium, where you can watch Scuba Claus on his daily dive, gaze at the enchanting Jelly Snow Globe surrounded by more than 65,000 incredible animals and experience movie magic as you snuggle up for The Polar Bear Express in 4D. The Holiday Splash is included in regular admission, and runs November 21st 2022 - January 2nd 2023.
