Submit an Event

Fill out the fields below in order to have your events listed in our online calendar. Your event will not automatically be added to the calendar once you click "Submit Event" at the bottom of the form. It will first go through an approval process to make sure that it contains all the information needed to be added.

As this is a tourism-related calendar, listings should be events or activities in which visitors to our city can participate. Events requiring preregistration are not appropriate unless the event attracts a significant number of spectators.

Events should have a broad appeal, though some events showcasing our destination's diversity are included.

Destination Vancouver reserves the right to edit submitted text or to reject submissions entirely. You will be notified if your event cannot be approved. For help submitting your event, please reach out to events@destinationvancouver.com
