Miku celebrates Sakura season with their Sakura Kaiseki 7-course menu featuring a unique blend of flavours inspired by the cherry blossoms, with courses such as snow crab tortellini, smoked tai crudo, strawberry chamomile mousse and more. The restaurant also features two seasonal Sakura cocktails with ingredients including rose umeshu, cherry cedar bitters and crème de cassis.

Locals and visitors alike can delight in Sakura inspired afternoon tea at  Five Sails and Notch 8. Five Sail’s Cherry Blossom Sakura Afternoon Tea features and array of blossom inspired sweet and savory bites including a chawanmushi savory custard, chicken salad tart, matcha & cherry pastry and lychee & lemon cake.
