Coquille
Coquille has recently launched its Chef's Catch dinner series, a four-course 18-seat communal table dinner that will take place the 3rd Thursday of every month beginning September 19, 2019. The dinner will highlight a different Ocean Wise and seasonal seafood or shellfish each month. Coquille opened in 2018 in the heart of Vancouver's Gastown District and has since become one of Vancouver's most popular restaurants.
Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts
PICA has recently launched their West Coast Culinary Experience that takes guests through a luxurious culinary experience through Granville Island. The 3.5-hour experience runs twice daily and includes a taste of the best of what BC has to offer. The day starts with a tour of Granville Island and its market, before returning to the Institute where a BC wine tasting and cooking demo follow.
