Taking place from March 3-10, the third annual Vancouver Cocktail Week will be a toast to the art of the cocktail, and so much more. Taking place at various venues across the city, the event brings together cocktail enthusiasts, bartenders, industry professionals, and spirits connoisseurs from around the world to indulge in a plethora of unique and innovate libations.

Throughout the week, participating bars and restaurants will hold seminars, happy hours, and cocktail-paired dinners that highlight local ingredients, innovate techniques, and creative flavour combinations offering attendees a taste of the city’s diverse culinary landscape.

A highlight to Vancouver Cocktail Week will be the welcoming of some of the world’s most talented bartenders, many honoured by the World’s 50 Best Bars, for an opportunity to savor their cocktails, learn from their experiences and connect through the art of crafting cocktails.

Among them is Jesse Vida from Singapore’s Cat Bite Club and Ronato (Tato) Giovannoni from Argentina’s Floreria Atlantico who will be leading seminars and guest shifts at Laowai where guests can learn about traditional spirits while tasting Chef Phong’s creations.
