The Observatory, Grouse Mountain’s fine dining restaurant, offers a whole new culinary experience high above the city. The restaurant’s breathtaking panoramic view of the city provides an inspiring backdrop to enjoy seasonal West Coast cuisine and an award-winning wine list. Executive Chef Jack Chen is known for creating flavour-forward dishes that focus on acid and unami. His preference is food that is lighter, highly seasonal and, due to his upbringing and heritage, he loves to bring Asian influences into his northwest cuisine. The Observatory is dedicated to offering the finest in local cuisine while ensuring a minimal environmental footprint. Grouse Mountain admission is complimentary with advance reservations to The Observatory.
