The first Rogers' chocolates were made in 1885 by Charles W. (Candy) Rogers in the back of his grocery store in Victoria. Surprisingly little has changed at Rogers' Chocolates Government Street store and the chocolates are still made from time-honoured recipes. Visit our new store on Granville Island!
