Located in the heart of the beautiful University of British Columbia (UBC) campus, The Nest is one of the world’s most sustainable buildings.
The facility is 5 stories in height and boasts over 250,000 square feet of LEED Platinum Certified meeting and event space. It is home to eight eateries, one of which offers a full venue buyout. With 33 state-of-the-art architecturally designed breakout rooms and a couple dozen additional unique event spaces ranging from 100 – 11,000 square feet, Nest Catering & Conferences is a haven for event organizers and an enhanced learning experience for attendees. Our on-site three-story rock climbing wall offers attendees a mid-meeting adrenaline rush as opposed to the standard coffee break.
The facility provides a range of conference and catering services at various price points, including the ability to accommodate a 600-person seated gala dinner in our Great Hall ballroom. Catering menus are 100% Ocean Wise certified, supporting our strong commitment to ethical and sustainable food.
