go2HR – BC’s Tourism Industry Human Resource Association

go2HR is a non-profit, independent organization that supports BC tourism and hospitality operators to hire and keep skilled employees. We provide resources to employers on a wide range of recruitment, retention, management and training issues.

We also work on strategic initiatives related to industry workforce development including industry labour market research, a campaign to improve the public perception of working in tourism, industry career awareness activities, and working with the educational community to ensure programs are congruent with the industry’s needs.

Our key programs include the delivery of occupational health and safety information and implementation of the Certificate of Recognition (COR) program for tourism employers.

go2HR is the distributor of Serving It Right, BC’s responsible beverage service program, FOODSAFE by Correspondence, and emerit, a national training credential for tourism professionals.
