BC Event Management is the proud manager of convention-related and corporate events at the Harbour Event & Convention Centre (HECC). With a capacity of 2452 guests, is Vancouver’s largest offsite event venue.


HECC on the Plaza of Nations, located on the waterfront on False Creek, is the perfect venue to create a magical experience for your guests. HECC is a across the street from the JW Marriott / Parq Vancouver, BC Place and Rogers Arena and is a ten-minute drive from the downtown convention hotels and the Vancouver Convention Centre. HECC has great access and over 600 parking stalls on property, access to Skytrain, public transit, and a dock for False Creek ferries.


BC Event Management can offer Turn-Key event packages that include; AV, Décor, Catering, Entertainment, Production, Transportation and Logistics. These event packages provide everything required to create stunning events in Vancouver!

Food and Beverage

We have partnered with six of Vancouver’s best caterers to provide food and beverage for every event type and budget.


Both the Stadium and Roundhouse (Canada Line) Skytrain Stations are close to the HECC.

The HECC is a ten-minute commute from the downtown Vancouver convention hotels and the Vancouver Convention Centre.

The Harbour Convention Centre comes equipped with state-of-the-art AV and lighting.
