Since it was founded in 2007 the Costume Ball has become the most legendary Halloween event in Vancouver. This year we are re-inventing this extravaganza with our “CIRQUE” theme, featuring an array of live cirque performances. It’s the spookiest place to be on Halloween weekend, with the city’s most ghoulish partiers!
